Newborn Model Search!!!! | Chicago Newborn Photography

I have some new visions, ideas, poses, you name it that I want to experiment with....I often do not have time during the course of a regular newborn session to experiment with new poses as much as I would like, so I am looking for some brand new angels with whom I can try some of the things that are swirling around in my head!

I am looking for single newborns, twins, triplets, etc..

 The goal for me is to be able to shoot creatively for me and just for me. This helps me hone those techniques and  looks that I bring to a regular session. This kind of session allows me to express my artistry without reservation. It is essential for my vision as an artist and to keep those creative juices flowing!

This is not a regular full newborn session.  I anticipate the session lasting anywhere between 1-3 hours and will be mostly studio, although there may be some natural light components.

If you are chosen, the session is free and you will receive a mounted 11×14 from this limited session. Additional images may be purchased at regular pricing.

Now for the small print :-)

A signed model release is required.  I will most likely be using the image(s)for promotional use.

 Baby must be less than 7 days old at the time of session.

I am expanding my "Metro Baby/Urban Child" Portfolio! MP's Urban Adventure is almost ready to launch!

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR...
I am looking for a few fun and fabulous children between the ages of 6 months and 10 years who love to be in front of the camera. My Urban Adventure Sessions do not take place in a home or park - they happen in the urban jungle...interesting local spots, alleys and side streets. They are infused with bright colours, textures and the signature Merrifield Photography style.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU??
Chosen participants will receive the session free of charge and an 8x10 of their choice ($270 value!). Parents will need to sign a model release as these images may be featured in my portfolio and other marketing materials. There will be NO obligation to purchase, although images will certainly be available for you to do so if you so choose.

This session will be unlike a regular session in that I will have complete artistic control over things such as wardrobe, location, etc. Gives me a chance to fuel my vision and my art!

If you would like your child to be a Merrifield Photography "Urban Child" just shoot an email to brittany@merrifieldphotography.com. Submit a recent (non-professional) photo. Be sure to put MODEL SEARCH in the subject line. All entries must include the child’s name, date of birth, and a valid contact email of parent or legal guardian (grandparents, you must have permission from parents to enter your grandchild. No names will be publicly announced. Also, if someone referred you to the search that is a current client, please include their name so I can give them the proper thank you. Standard session policies apply including but not limited to model release signature, ordering session to be completed in person, and all sales are final. The children selected must be available for their session within 6 weeks of being named.
